Allied Construction is seeking an experienced Siding Project Manager to oversee residential siding projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on job sites, coordinating crews, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring high quality workmanship. The Siding Project Manager plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and completed to Allied Construction standards.
Job Details Description
As a Siding Project Manager at Allied Construction, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and siding crews throughout the duration of each project. You will oversee daily field operations, manage timelines, ensure quality control, and maintain clear communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main on site representative for Allied Construction on siding projects
- Meet with homeowners and contractors to review project scope and expectations
- Oversee siding installations to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and crews to keep projects on track
- Monitor permits and local building requirements when applicable
- Ensure job sites follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly with homeowners and internal teams
- Support crews with problem solving and job site coordination
