Roofing Project Manager

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, managing roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be on job sites, working with crews, communicating with homeowners, and making sure every project is completed the right way. Job Details Description
- Manage roofing projects from contract through completion
- Schedule crews, materials, and equipment for each job
- Lead pre-construction meetings and job site walkthroughs
- Oversee job sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, and team members throughout the project
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Handle change orders, supplements, and project updates
- Perform final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain clear job documentation, photos, and reports
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main on site representative for Allied Construction on siding projects
- Meet with homeowners and contractors to review project scope and expectations
- Oversee siding installations to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and crews to keep projects on track
- Monitor permits and local building requirements when applicable
- Ensure job sites follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly with homeowners and internal teams
- Support crews with problem solving and job site coordination
What We’re Looking For - Experience managing siding or exterior construction projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Knowledge of siding systems, installation processes, and job site safety
